Alright, there seems to be a new gym in town. (Well, to be completely honest I think it's been there for some time- but it's new to me) And I got a membership.
Yep, starting this morning I'm actually trying to be healthy.
I went over with my mom last night and we got started on the membership and this morning at 6:32 we walked in the door and started exercising!
It was really quite laughable how utterly and absurdly out of shape I am! I was huffing and puffing after 5 minutes, I couldn't belive it! How could I have fallen so far? So fast! It's crazy!
But I'm going again tomorrow, and Saturday (because hey, I'm paying for it, I might as well use it right?) and hopefully soon I'll get more in shape and not be dying at the end of 20 minutes.
Oh, and let me just clarify that healthy does not include eating healthy- just exercising to start compensating for the unhealthy food. :D
Let's hope I can keep going!

Well I don't know about it not affecting your eating habits - you enjoyed a lovely bagel instead of cold cereal or a donut or something on Friday. Still gyms are fun. I hope I start going more regularily, I miss working out a little.
Glad to hear that you are going! I really should be taking advantage of the rec center on campus, since I pay for it every semester regardless. But like Steph said, I think gyms can be fun to go to, and I kinda miss it too. Keep that in mind, and keep up your awesome commitments! You can do it!
